D Series Marine Carburetors - Holley DD series Marine Carburetor information. The Carburetor Shop has over a 40-year period accumulated a fair amount of information on the Holley DD series Marine Carburetors. The DD Marine series consists of a single barrel model D-3 (1 ½ inch), a two barrel model DD-3 (dual 1 ½ inch), and a two barrel DD-5 (dual 2 inch) carburetors. There are a number of variations in each style. Due to the scarcity of this information (and the condition of what was available) we have retyped, copied, and reformatted all of this information currently in our library on these carburetors. This consists of (2) different Holley ads from about 1930, a copy of a 6 page Holley sales brochure from 1930, (2) typed pages of general description, adjustments, etc., and 61 pages of calibration data (1 page to a specific engine). We have specifications for marine engines made by: American LaFrance, Chrysler, Chris Craft, Consolidated, Gray, Kermath, Lathrop, Lycoming, Murray and Tregurtha, Palmer Brothers, Red Wing, Scripps, and Winton.
