Cachets - Churchill Memorial and Library Dedication

Sir Winston Churchill gave the famous "Sinews of Peace" speech, also known as the "Iron Curtain" speech, at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri 5 March 1946. The United States Postal Service issued a 5 cent stamp honoring Sir Winston Churchill 13 May 1965, and Scott issued number 1264 for this stamp. The Churchill Memorial and Library located at Westminster College was dedicated 7 May 1969.

The Kingdom Philatelic Association devised a cachet for the Dedication. The Scott number 1264 stamp from 1965 was used on the cover.
