Cachets - Classic Autos

On 3 November 1995, the USPS released five 32-cent stamps honoring antique automobiles. The five honored, in chronological order, were: 1893 Duryea, 1894 Haynes, 1898 Columbia, 1899 Winton, and 1901 White. Scott numbers 3019 through 3023 were assigned to these stamps.

The Kingdom Philatelic Association devised a cachet for the USPS Antique Cars issue, however, as the 5 honored marques are probably unknown outside of car collecting circles, the cachet had a more "modern" "classic" car. The cachets were issued 28 June 1997 during Kingdom Days.
