Parts
for Stromberg
We have a very large selection of parts (N.O.S., new reproduction, and used) for Stromberg carburetors up through and including the 1974 model year. While these parts (with some exceptions) are available individually, in all cases a repair kit for the carburetor in question shall be the minimum order. Please inquire via telephone, and have the Stromberg identification number for the carburetor in question. (573) 392-7378 (8-4:30 Mon-Thurs central time). All parts are filed by the original Stromberg part number, and we have more than 100,000 DIFFERENT parts for Rochester. We are often asked “can I just fax you the gasket (or pump or something else) and you match it up?” Stromberg made over 1000 different gaskets. Please understand that “parts matching” is impossible, we must have the carburetor number to look up the part.
Stromberg used two styles of automatic chokes: integral (cap and spring as a integral part of the carburetor); and divorced (coil resides on manifold with a rod connecting to the carburetor). We have a number of N.O.S. Stromberg auto choke cap and coil assemblies (integral chokes). We have virtually no inventory of divorced chokes.
We have a large inventory of individual airhorn, bowl, bowl cover, and throttle body castings; both N.O.S. and used.
We have a large selection of floats. Floats are sold ONLY as a part of a level-3 repair kit, and are not returnable. Please see our suggestions on testing and repairing brass floats.
We have a large selection of pump rods, choke rods, secondary operating rods, etc. which are indigenous to the carburetor. We do not have the linkage rods from the carburetor to the foot-feed.
Some main metering jets are sold as a part of the repair kit, others are available separately. We can fabricate most main jets used by Stromberg up to and including the 1974 model year. We also have a large inventory of idle jets, pump jets, main discharge nozzles, ets.
We have a large selection of throttle shafts, choke shafts, intermediate choke shafts, pump shafts, etc. up to and including the 1974 model year.
We have a tremendous inventory of stamped arms, levers; special screws, springs, etc.
